You do not have to arrive perfect, calm or clear. You arrive exactly as you are and we begin from there.

1. Share how you feel

At the beginning of the session you tell me what you are living. You can share as much or as little as feels right. Your pace is respected.

2. We choose the right tools

Based on your state we choose one or more modalities: Reiki, ThetaHealing, Breathwork, EFT, Chakra work or Meditation. You are always informed and you can ask questions.

3. Receive your session

I guide you step by step. You can sit or lie down, eyes open or closed. There is nothing to perform, only to experience and allow.

4. Integration and next steps

At the end you receive simple guidance to support integration in the following days so the calm you feel during the session can extend into your real life rhythm.

All sessions take place online via video call. You can attend from your home, wrapped in your blanket, in a space that feels safe for you.
